Profile

Hans is a partner and one of the founders of Area Advokater. He previously established and developed the construction practice group at one of Sweden’s largest law firms, leading it to become one of the most successful groups of the firm.

Hans works broadly within the construction business and assists Swedish and international clients in new projects, with day-to-day support and in disputes. The experience he has built up includes industrial, residential and civil engineering projects under many different forms of contracts, dispute resolution in courts, various types of arbitration proceedings and inspections.

Hans also advises on other service-related matters, for example in the transport sector. He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator.
