We are a newly established law firm with a team of some of the best lawyers in the market. Our lawyers have extensive expertise in the field of construction law and have worked with everything from project start-ups, ongoing advice, to acting as representatives in disputes. Our team has broad experience in both large and medium-sized construction and consulting disputes as well as disputes related to real estate transactions and industry.

We are bringing together one of the market's largest and most experienced construction law teams to create an independent, specialised and agile law firm with a clear focus on our clients. As a new firm, we have the opportunity to get things right from the outset, with a staffing structure designed to meet each client's needs and particular circumstances. By tailoring the team and our work to the specific matter, we can deploy resources where they add value and create the greatest possible value for our clients.

Where we come from
Most of us come from one of Sweden's largest business law firms, where we have worked with everything in contracting for many years. We have largely worked with resolving disputes and providing ongoing advice in various types of projects. We have experience representing clients, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and technical consultants. We know what clients appreciate, need and what they lack.
Why now
We have worked side by side for many years and know how to work effectively together. We are now building a firm around how we believe legal matters should be handled: with specialisation, close client relationships and a long-term perspective. We believe that this is what an increasing number of market participants are looking for today – a firm with in-depth knowledge of its field, rather than a firm that does everything.
Where we are heading
Our ambition is to become the law firm that the industry turns to with construction matters. We aim to build long-term relationships, provide candid advice about where we can add value, and share our knowledge openly. We do this through our work with clients, as well as through contributions to industry media, legal publications, or on stage.
