Julia is an associate at Area Advokater, assisting Swedish and international clients on construction projects from inception to completion, covering everything from construction contracts and ongoing advice to disputes.
She has previously worked with real estate-related transactions, projects and matters at one of Sweden’s largest commercial law firms, where construction issues were often central to the transaction. This gives her a commercial perspective on disputes and helps her develop practical solutions for clients. Julia also has experience of assisting clients with M&A, commercial agreements and general corporate matters.
